Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between W.Rent SRL (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and the person renting the vehicle (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer").

By making a reservation or signing the rental agreement, the Customer fully accepts these terms.

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms with prior notification to customers.

Minimum driver age: 21 years old.

Minimum driving experience: 1 year from obtaining driver's license.

Required documents: valid driver's license, ID card or passport, valid contact address.

The Customer must present original documents at the time of vehicle pick-up.

Reservations can be made online, by phone, or at the company's office.

The rental price includes: third-party liability insurance, unlimited mileage within the Republic of Moldova, and a full tank of fuel.

Payment is made at vehicle pick-up in cash, by bank transfer, or by bank card (Visa/Mastercard).

Free cancellation is possible with a minimum of 24 hours before the pick-up date.

For certain vehicles in the fleet, rentals are made without a guarantee (deposit). These vehicles are marked accordingly.

For vehicles that require a guarantee, the deposit is fully refunded when the car is returned in proper condition.

The amount of the guarantee varies depending on the vehicle category and is communicated before signing the contract.

The vehicle may only be used within the territory of the Republic of Moldova, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

It is prohibited to use the vehicle: in racing, for transporting hazardous materials, under the influence of prohibited substances, for subletting.

The Customer is responsible for complying with traffic rules and paying fines.

Smoking in the vehicle is prohibited. Cleaning fee: €50.

The vehicle must be returned on the date and time agreed in the contract, at the specified location.

Late returns are charged at the full daily rate for each additional day.

The vehicle must be returned with a full tank of fuel. Otherwise, a refueling fee plus a service charge will be applied.

Any damage found upon return that was not documented at pick-up is the Customer's responsibility.

All vehicles are insured with valid third-party liability insurance (RCA).

In case of an accident, the Customer must immediately contact the police and the Company.

The Customer is responsible for the deductible specified in the insurance contract, if the accident was their fault.

Additional comprehensive (CASCO) insurance is available at extra cost.

Any disagreements will be resolved amicably.

If an amicable solution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.

The applicable law is the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
